An afternoon and evening to discover the world of DEGES, meet its key players and be inspired by stories, flavours and visions. What is DEGES? A network of small farms working together to promote the excellence of local products.
We kick things off at 16.00. with an open talk featuring the President of DEGES, Slow Food, and some friends of DEGES – people, projects, and associations that have shared our journey and will help us tell the story.
Edoardo Fumagalli, Executive Chef at Locanda Margon, and Enrico Venturini, Chef at the Grand Hotel Comano Terme, will guide you through a mouth-watering showcooking session featuring a recipe designed to highlight DEGES products.
Want to stay longer? The evening continues with a tasting and the chance to create your own personalized picnic basket.
All accompanied by good music – and, if the weather allows, a sky full of stars.
