A day dedicated to traditional cooking, where food becomes a shared and community value. Together with chef Walter Miori, you’ll experience a hands-on journey through the senses: from foraging for wild herbs to gathering firewood, from open-fire grilling to woodfire cooking, we’ll reinterpret the ancestral recipes and techniques of rural subsistence cuisine.
Lunch will be paired with wines from the Vignaioli del Vino Santo Trentino Association from the Valle dei Laghi.
