From single-pitch crags to multi-pitch routes: take your climbing to the next level
Already comfortable leading sport routes and ready to look a little higher? Multi Pitch Training is the Rock Adventure for climbers who want to take their first steps into multi-pitch climbing and build the essential skills to move on bigger walls with greater confidence, awareness and safety.
Together with UIAGM-certified MMOVE mountain guides, we'll head to the Family Crag in San Martino, just a few minutes from Arco, for a hands-on training session on real rock. You'll work through the situations that make all the difference when moving beyond single-pitch climbing: planning a route, setting up and managing belays, handling ropes and the climbing team, using trad protection and abseiling.
Less theory, more hands-on practice. You'll try the different techniques yourself, understand how and why they work, and learn how to manage them correctly under the supervision of an experienced mountain guide.
It's a chance to add new skills to your climbing toolkit and discover a whole new side of the sport. The one where reaching the top of the first pitch is just the beginning.
Is this the right experience for you?
To take part, you need to already have experience leading sport climbing routes.
