For the first time in its long history, Rock Master is throwing open the gates of the Climbing Stadium wall to all climbing lovers. It’s called The Fun Bloc – a jam-style session with no stopwatch, no pressure, and only one goal: have a blast on the blocs!

How do I sign up for The Fun Bloc powered by AutoIndustriale?

• The registration fee is €25 per person. In your event pack you’ll find the exclusive T-shirt from this very first edition of The Fun Bloc – and more surprises. Lock in your spot in the BIG group now.
• Participation is only allowed for those aged 14 and over. Age will be requested at check-out.
• Send an email to rockmaster@rockmaster.com with a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sport climbing.
• Pick up your event pack at the Info Point in the Climbing Village. That’s also where you’ll receive your participant number.

How does The Fun Bloc powered by AutoIndustriale work?

• Meet-up is on Sunday 19 October at the Climbing Stadium
• From 10:30 to 13:30 it’s the No Big group’s turn
• From 14:30 to 17:00, it’s time for the Big group to get on the wall
• Each group will try their hand at 12 blocs in a 2.5-hour session
• Each climber has unlimited attempts on every problem
• At the end, you'll hand in a self-certified score sheet with your best results

What’s the difference between BIG and NO BIG?

• No Big group: 2 white (5c/6a), 3 blue (6a/6b), 4 green (6b/6c) and 3 yellow blocs (6c/7a).
• Big group: 6 yellow (6c/7a), 4 red (7b/7c) and 2 black blocs - the very same problems used by the Rock Master competitors.
• You can choose to sign up for either the NO BIG group (grades 5c–7a) or the BIG group (grade 6c and up). Choose what suits you best – you can’t join both categories.
