FASI Speed Record Hunters

A competition all about speed, with one clear goal: setting a new Italian Speed Record. Each athlete gets eight attempts to improve their time. The starting order is based on personal bests and is updated after each head-to-head according to the results, making the competition more exciting round after round.

How does it work?

In speed climbing, only one thing counts: the clock. Athletes race up a standardised 15-metre wall, identical all over the world, with the holds always in exactly the same positions.

During the FASI Speed Record Hunters, each athlete gets eight runs to set their fastest possible time. After each round, the starting grid is updated according to the results, creating new match-ups and keeping the tension high right up to the final attempt.

Explosive power, precision and nerves of steel: just a few seconds could be enough to make history and set a new Italian Record.
