Trentino Experience Festival evolves from the Vallagarina Experience Festival and expands its scope to the entire southern Trentino area, connecting Lake Garda, Mori, Val di Gresta, Monte Baldo and Vallagarina. A project that links different yet complementary territories, enhancing their identity, landscapes and traditions.
An outstanding programme across three days between Lake Garda and Vallagarina: 56 free guided outdoor experiences (trekking, cycling, yoga, trail running…), a rich Kids Area, music, shows, talks and a showcase of local organic excellence.
A weekend in the open air for everyone – families, sports enthusiasts and wellness lovers – with activities accessible also to people with disabilities. Discover the most authentic side of Trentino through movement, nature, flavours and fun.
Kids Area:
A green space designed especially for children, featuring 24 activities including sports and educational games. Kids are encouraged to try as many stations as possible: by collecting at least 14 stamps in their special “passport”, they can earn the title of Outdoor Champion, along with a medal and a prize bag.
Since last year, the event has adopted a multidimensional approach to outdoor wellbeing, certified by the Five Dimensions Wellness® brand by Paola Rizzitelli, expert in wellness economy marketing and branding.
This approach highlights the benefits of each activity across five dimensions of human wellbeing: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Relational and Environmental.

Active experiences to discover!
The idea is bold and innovative: to create a deep connection between historical and cultural heritage and the outdoor world, offering 56 diverse experiences focused on wellbeing.
You can take part in activities and excursions across Garda Trentino, Vallagarina and its surrounding peaks, as well as in the Leno Valleys and Val di Gresta. All activities are free of charge!
The programme ranges from the peaceful atmosphere of sunset yoga at the Bell of the Fallen in Rovereto to the thrill of a night via ferrata on Monte Albano, including Nordic walking and trail running, trekking along the Nagia Grom trenches, and regenerative experiences such as forest bathing and fit walking.
There is also a strong focus on cycling (road, enduro, e-MTB) and cycle tourism, with tours linking Avio Castle to Lake Garda and e-MTB routes following in the footsteps of dinosaurs.
Each experience will help you complete your Wellness Passport: collect it at the SportNature Travel stand and fill it in to receive a special gadget (limited to 500 pieces!).
In case of bad weather, activities may be rescheduled.
Fun for all ages!
In the park of Mori, a special area will be entirely dedicated to children, featuring 24 activities including sports disciplines and educational games.
To take part, children can register at the dedicated info point: the Kids Hut (€10 per child).
Here they will receive a sort of “passport” to be stamped at each activity station. The goal is to try as many activities as possible: those who collect at least 14 stamps will become Outdoor Champions and receive a medal and a prize bag at the Kids Hut at the end of their experience. Prizes available while supplies last.
Children aged 6 and above can take part in all activities.
Younger children (even from 2 years old!) can also join, if they feel comfortable and are accompanied.
Across the area, there are also unique experiences such as alpaca treasure hunts, donkey trekking on Monte Creino and archery at Malga Somator.
A feast for the senses: flavours, aromas and local excellence
At the Festival, you’ll find a Food Area where you can enjoy delicious offerings at any time of the day.
In the Expo Area, a dedicated Taste Zone invites you to meet local producers and discover regional excellence, including products from Val di Gresta, Trentino’s first organic district.
But above all, the Festival is one big celebration!
Two stages will be set up in Piazza Cal di Ponte and in the Kids Area, offering a rich programme for all ages: three full days of music, entertainment and inspiring talks.
Expect laughter, magic shows, bike shows and slackline performances, roaming acts, talks on wellbeing and longevity, demonstrations (including qwan ki do and first aid by Red Cross volunteers), Latin dancing and plenty of music – from ‘80s and ‘90s revival to performances by local artists (bands, music schools, choirs), ending with DJ sets and a fun karaoke night.
All events are free and no registration is required.
