What do we leave to the community when we establish a new line?

Establishing a new line is deeply personal: it takes exploration, time, work and vision. But once that line is shared, it no longer belongs only to the person who discovered it. It becomes something others can try, interpret and experience in their own way.
This opens up a broader reflection on how our relationship with climbing changes over time. Beyond performance, there is exploration, route development, passing on knowledge and contributing to the community.
